CANCELLATION POLICY | RETURNS
All of our preserved rose arrangements are handcrafted and an order cannot be cancelled once we have begun processing it. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately to discuss whether commencement of your arrangement has taken place. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Our products may NOT be returned or exchanged unless damage has occurred during transit. All sales are final and no refunds are available. Nature Of Roses does not take any responsibility for any packages refused by the recipient at the time of the delivery. In the event the arrangement is damaged, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours via email at info@natureofroses.ca.
