LOCAL DELIVERY - GREATER TORONTO AREA
We offer delivery service throughout the Greater Toronto Area (City of Toronto, Peel, York and Durham regions). Delivery is
within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. We will use the mobile phone number provided on our Checkout page to call or text you about your delivery.

SHIPPING - CANADA
We offer Standard & Express Shipping across Canada through:
- Canada Post;
- UPS.
We value the importance of receiving your arrangement as quickly as possible. Most arrangements leave our facility within 1 business days of your order being placed. This handling time must be added to the shipping times listed below.

PACKAGE TRACKING
We will send an email notification including tracking information once your package has shipped.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Please make sure to verify your recipient's delivery address and confirm that it has been entered accurately during the Checkout process. If you provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately so that the proper corrections can be made or we will be unable to deliver your package in a timely manner;
- If your order is Returned to Sender, additional shipping fees will apply unless we or one of our couriers made a mistake. In such event, we will cover the additional shipping fees;
- While most orders are delivered within the specified time frames, some destinations may take longer to deliver. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and there could be small delays during transit with our shipping couriers;
- We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure to provide a physical address for delivery;
- We attach "Signature Required" on all orders.
