RETURNS / CANCELLATION POLICY #
All of our preserved rose arrangements are handcrafted and orders cannot be cancelled once Nature Of Roses has begun processing the order. We will process the order immediately once you have submitted your order. However, if you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately to discuss whether commencement of your order has commenced. We will do our best to meet your needs if a cancellation request has commenced. Our products may NOT be returned or exchanged unless damage has occurred during transit. All sales are final and no refunds are available. Nature Of Roses does not take any responsibility for any packages refused by the recipient at the time of the delivery. In the event the arrangement is damaged, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours via email at email@example.com.
We do NOT take responsibility of arrangements being delivered to other locations such as (hotels, recipient's work location or dining venues etc) other than recipient's home due to customer's requests. We also do not take responsibility on how customers handle the arrangement after it's been delivered.
