They were super communiative as I’m from the US and was trying to gift something for my sister. I forgot to add a note in my initial order, which they let me add. They were running late, so they added extra flowers to the gift. Apparently my sister didn’t here the bell ring so the deliervery man waited 30 mintues and didn’t want to leave the flowers outside since it was cold so they called me and patiently waited until I got a hold of my sister! Super kind, helpful and patient team! 10/10 I would reccomend to a friend or buy again!
